      Have you tried removing the SIM out of the phone for like 1 minute? You might want to try the SIM on another phone too.

  5. I am a staff of Inlaks and allocated a CUG Airtel line 08086635146. In the process of pass wording the sim to avoid unauthorized access this morning, I was asked to input SIM PUK which I do not know. How can I obtain this so as to be able to complete the process.

      Your PUK Cose (PIN Unblocking Code) is written at the back of your SIM pack. If you do not have this pack, I’m sorry you will have to contact the official Airtel Customer care service on 111 or 121 from an airtel line.
